Lewis Yau

Lewis has over 20 years of working experiences in the luxury fashion industry. He started his luxury fashion career with Lane Crawford, Burberry and Bally and moved on to leadership positions of International Luxury Fashion brands for the Greater China and South East Asia markets.

Lewis was also Asia Managing Director of New York fashion brands St. John Knits and DVF Diane Von Furstenberg before founding ShirtStylist & UniformStylist, a Global Fashion Platform of Custom-made Shirts and Uniform, with unique customer proposition of integrating personalized styling services with digital experiences.

As an International Certified Image and Business Etiquette Professional, Lewis is also an active speaker and trainer on Professional Image and Corporate Branding to corporate and universities in Greater China and South East Asia, sharing his unique styling insights from his deep understanding of fashion and corporate management.

Sum Zhong

With 15 years of professional experience in the domestic apparel supply chain, Sum Zhong has extensive expertise in integrating national supply chain resources and brand management. He previously founded the young men’s business formalwear brand, Careermen, which served millions of young professionals by providing them with stylish and appropriate business attire. Currently, he serves as the supply chain leader for Shirtstylist and UniformStylist, as well as the head of business development for the mainland region.

Elisa Wong

Elisa has over 10 years of experience in fashion design. She has worked as a fashion designer at international fashion brands such as PORTS 1961, Aquascutum London, and Shanghai Tang. She excels at integrating international fashion elements into uniform design, from silhouette lines to color coordination, and innovative clothing details, committed to achieving the best practicality, comfort, and contemporary aesthetics.

Winston Cheng

Winston Cheng, a seasoned entrepreneur in project management and graphic design, holds a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and Brand Identity from the University of Huddersfield. Starting his Hong Kong-based graphic design company, he gained recognition through the Hong Kong Design Center’s incubation program.

Contributing his expertise to WGSN in 2011, Winston significantly influenced global design trends. His exceptional branding concepts and graphic design skills earned him prestigious awards, including ADC100th in New York, Top Award Asia in Japan, and Indigo Award in Holland. Winston has successfully delivered branding projects for esteemed clients such as The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers, CASH Group Ltd, Circle K, Cafe de Coral, and Hong Kong College of Technology.
